Securely register and create your users' profiles. Our platform manager will verify your institution and guide you through the onboarding process.

Define your involvement needs

Use our structured form to describe your funding call, review process, or co-design needs. Indicate where and how you want patient experts to contribute (e.g., reviewing proposals, shaping criteria, or co-developing calls).

Patient expert matching

Our algorithm identifies the most suitable patient expert(s) based on the specifications you described previously, your needs and the patient's profile. You’ll receive a curated profile and can confirm participation directly through the platform.

Collaboration & involvement

Engage with your matched patient expert(s) and work closely with their PO to plan all activity details, schedules, and reimbursement effectively, ensuring seamless and productive cooperation. Ensure their input is integrated meaningfully.

Ongoing support & insights

Our team is available to support you throughout the process. After completion of the involvement activity, provide your feedback and insights to improve future patient involvement efforts.
